USNavyVet.com

A veteran-built social network, funded by one veteran.

Presentation packaging. USNavyVet.com is distributed directly, not in a retail box.

A social network for United States veterans, built and paid for entirely by its founder. There are no membership fees and there never will be; a donation link exists for appreciation only, and no veteran is ever required to pay to use it.

Veteran status is verified through ID.me. There is deliberately no discharge paperwork upload — a DD-214 never touches the server, because collecting documents like that creates a liability that serves nobody. Access is restricted to traffic inside the United States.

The feature set is built around how veterans actually talk to each other rather than around engagement metrics: SitReps, Battalions with officer billets and a command post, a Got Your Six resource directory, direct Comms, and a chronological feed with no algorithmic ordering.

  • PlatformASP.NET web application on a dedicated Windows server
  • VerificationID.me — no document upload
  • AccessUnited States only
  • FundingFounder-funded. No membership fees, ever.
